High School Principal in north Arkansas, joined the firm.     Mr. John Bukowczyk (Buk) hailing from the Cabot area serves teachers in the Central Arkansas area and Dr. Ray Morgan and a wonderful wife Mrs. Debbie Morgan utilize their talents in the Mountain Home/Harrison area.  We are very blessed in Arkansas to have such an outstanding group. of dedicated professionals.

Our growth in the State of Texas is something we take great pride in. Michael Verhalen, President of Verhalen Financial Services and Professional Benefits Group of Marshall, Texas represents us as an independent contractor in the east and northeast corner of the great State of Texas. Mr. Verhalen, and his associates, Rory Alexander and Mary Sue Walker, head up the Section 457 market in schools accross Texas. Serving the needs of Texas educators daily with professional products and a willing attitude set these professionals apart in schools. With the addition of Proffitt & Associates operated under the direction and management of Mr. Bill Proffitt in Jacksonville, Fl, we now have expanded our operations into the great state of Florida. Mr. Proffitt, his daughter Kari and his very capable staff of representatives including Erica Anderson and Deloris Davis.  Florida management under Mr. Proffitt in Florida include the team of Tod Ward.  His representatives include Jennifer Ward, Cheryl Smith and Anita Tillis of which all have vast experience in serving the needs of insurance planning in Florida's public school systems. Bill and his representatives serve the needs of some of our nations best teachers. Following the rigid guidelines set by PBGroup, Mr. Proffitt stands out as a premier provider of life insurance and annuities on a tax sheltered basis in Florida schools.

Most recently the great State of Georgia has been opened up under the management of Tod Ward and RE Ward Financial Group, Inc.  Representatives including Jennifer Ward, Anita Tillis and others are paving the way for Georgia educators to have access to the highest quality services and products for retirement under tax shelters.

OUR METHODS -

Specific recommendations are made to educators requesting assistance in planning for a more secure retirement. These recommendations include life insurance planning as well as fixed annuities. All recommendations are made on generally accepted "needs based analysis". Time is taken to gather information on goals, time horizons and risk/reward prospective with regard to each clients retirement plans. Our goal is to work with each individual personally to develop recommendations that help them toward their financial goals.

We assist our clients in understanding their state retirement plan and the short and long term needs they have individually. Once needs are identified by our clients, whether in section 457 or on an individual basis, we provide products from sound insurance companies including American National Insurance Company and  Great AmericanFinancial Resources, Inc..  We currently provide customer service for the AMERICO group of companies including Ohio State Life.  The financial management process at Pro Benefits Group, Inc. begins with an in-depth evaluation of your current financial situation. Once we've established your overall objectives, we'll focus on your specific goals with recommendations being made based on your needs, not ours.
